Make strong statements from employees about Pride Month visible — authentic, diverse and from all over Switzerland.

This is how we did it:

  • National appeal to all H&M employees for personal pride messages.
  • Organization of an inspiring community day in Zurich.
  • Staff styling in exclusive H&M outfits by Fashion Director Edgar Balseca.
  • Professional hair & makeup by Gail.
  • High-quality photo and video production with emotional imagery.

Output

For H&M Switzerland, we developed a pride campaign that was primarily digital. At the heart were short clips and stories for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn — authentic, emotional and close to the community. There were also internal profiles, which were presented to all H&M Switzerland employees. In this way, diversity was also visible and experienced within the company.

In addition, DISPLAY magazine published a personal pride story with individual statements from employees — a strong signal beyond the community. The result: a cross-media campaign that achieved wide reach online and at the same time had an impact both internally and in print.

H&M Diversity Campaign – Behind the Scenes

Bei der Produktion der Diversity-Kampagne hatten wir jede Menge Spass – und genau das sieht man auch im Ergebnis. Hinter den Kulissen entstanden authentische Momente, die wir in Foto und Film festhielten. Das Team von H&M Schweiz zeigte sich von seiner persönlichen Seite: offen, vielfältig und voller Energie. Diese Atmosphäre transportierten wir in Clips und Stories für Social Media, die spontan, nahbar und echt wirken. So wurde aus einem klassischen Behind-the-Scenes-Shooting eine eigene Story – ein Einblick in die Menschen hinter der Marke und ihre gelebte Vielfalt.
