To support the launch of Nespresso's new VERTUO line, our team set off on a trip across Switzerland to capture the story behind the product launch process. From bustling flagship stores to intimate boutique locations, we've documented the enthusiasm, elegance, and precision that characterize the Nespresso brand. Spontaneous moments, in-store experiences and interviews with Nespresso employees created a series of visual narratives that highlight both the human and brand-specific side of the launch. Our goal was not only to present the new product, but also to make the pride and passion of the people behind it visible.
While working on the VERTUO launch, we closely followed Nespresso's brand guidelines to ensure consistency with their global identity — sophisticated, premium, and detail-oriented. At the same time, we were looking for ways to give storytelling a fresh perspective.
Our creative approach focused on capturing authentic moments: genuine interactions between employees and customers, the energy of launch day, and the personal pride of the employees who represent the brand.
